Mindblowing!
I bought the book because I wanted to understand how I can optizimize my time at work. Not only does the book offer incredible insight in how to use AI tool to enhance work performance, but it does so in a way that is tailored to your unique needs. I’ve already applied what I have learned from the book and saved 3 hours this week, which I have used to start working on my promotion application.
Also, Dr Finn’s approach to AI is very refreshing. Instead of presenting AI either as a massive threat or with too much enthusiasm, he offers a realistic perspective which rationally helps seeing how we can make the most of the new tools available.

A very accessible, powerful book
This is a great book. I have tried lots of productivity systems before but Dr Jon Finn’s “The Habit Mechanic” was the first that I really saw improvements with.
This builds on that and is more accessible. The structure of the book is better in that it separates the techniques from the underlying science making it a more accessible read. The practical examples are very useful.
The techniques are deceptively simple yet powerful. And as you progress you find more depth and understanding (like learning to be a black belt in productivity).
Highly recommended.
